FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge by the day for commercial photography and video work which includes my current "kit" but not rentals, permits, hair/makeup, props etc. I maintain a very competitive rate among professional photographers. For actor/model and corporate/professional headshots, I generally charge a flat rate based on the size and scope of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to stay educated as much as possible. There's really no excuse with the abundance of great credible material out there. Our field is changing so quickly and there are still so many techniques and styles to learn about. Anyone not actively engaged in education is going to quickly fall behind the curve.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I am often hired by corporate clients to photograph their staff and offices as well as actors and models to do their headshots. I work for restaurants, hotels and food companies to photograph products and people as well as create promotional videos for their businesses. I do product photography as well as packaging. I have also photographed products for packaging, book covers, ads and magazine covers.
