My name is Lesley. I worked with Stephanie on her program in 2019. For many years I had been putting myself aside, which led to anxiety, hard time losing weight, and not being my true self. in a matter of 5 years I had lost my dad, two grandparents, my father in law, and faced dark challenges with my daughter. I had been sad for a very long time, but showed happiness on the outside. A lot of this led to over alcohol consumption, not eating when I should, and not leading a consistent lifestyle. When I joined Stephanie's program it was more about losing weight and having self control. I did lose 18 lbs pretty quickly, stayed on track, and kept a steady exercise plan. She was able to create a plan that worked for me and only me. She was consistent with check-ins on a regular basis, which I believe led to my weight loss. She was able to dig into things that i may have not faced on my own. In the past i have been hyper focused on what my kids are doing and making sure everything is great on the outside. One of the major things I took away with working with Stephanie was saying yes to things I want in my life. I believe I have been less stressed, have less anxiety, my kids are happier! One particular fear I've had for the last 10 years was flying. Stephanie knew this about me but we never really made it a point during the program, but I believe I have somehow overcome this fear. I'm not certain which part helped me with this, but I have flown on a airplane 6 times in the last year alone! For some that is normal, but not for myself. This has been a huge deal for me! I am grateful for my experience with Stephanie, she treated me with professionalism, honesty, and care. She is also my friend, so being able to do this along side with her , and watching her create this for so many people is amazing! I still have a lot of work to do, my body is not where I want it to be yet. I believe her program has put me in the right mindset to keep making goals for myself and having a more consistent lifestyle!

I did the 21 day metabolic recovery program, and was so impressed with my shift in only 21 days! I didn’t realize at first how much I deeply needed the inspiration, the guidance, and the daily accountability checkins! I am down 5.5 lbs, and even though I didn’t make it the whole time without consuming alcohol, I made it the majority of the time. That is a huge accomplishment for me ( I work in the alcohol industry) Having just wrapped up my 21 days, I have a sense of peace that I was able to put my well-being first on a daily basis, for the first time in an incredibly long time. I feel wiser and stronger to keep working towards my goals, and a deeper sense of kindness towards myself for the days that are way harder. I learned a lot, thank you, thank you, thank you Nock Collaborative!! I appreciate y’all and your passion to help others find their path towards all around healthier wellbeing. I will be back soon for one of your longer programs!

I loved this program for 3 reasons.First, it really put me in the driver's seat so I can make continuous decisions on my own. Then, when the program is over, you still have the confidence to make choices based on what you were practicing during the program. You already have complete sovereignty over your health. and the program reinforces it even though it can be a bit confusing at first to be out on your own. You can do it!Second, I liked that it was holistic, and included encouragement for sleep hygiene. I didn't master it during the program, and still trying different things for my night and morning routines. However, the fact that I'm putting attention there is great; plus it might be a lifetime of adjustments depending on what I want/need.Third, I liked the open space to express yourself and get feedback. I definitely had days where things weren't working and realized I needed to make adjustments - when I asked the questions on the program board, I got personalized responses within 24 hours.In the end, there's no bar to raise, you are the bar! This program helps you shift to your "higher" level - your level.

I participated in the 21 Day Metabolic Reset program and highly recommend it for so many reasons in addition to weight loss. In fact, I wasn't even focused on losing weight - rather, I just wanted to build in healthier and less stressful eating habits and daily routines. I made surprisingly quick progress adjusting my morning routine, and I lost almost 7# fat and 1.5 inches on my bust, waist, and hips to boot! With my existing workout routine, I also achieved my highest muscle mass yet, increasing it by half a pound during the Nock program. I eliminated ALL alarm snoozing and added a healthy space for myself with a green smoothie and time to get going before I start the day.The best part about Nock's philosophy and approach is that they provide you with a framework, allowing you to be responsible for making adjustments that are right for you and your body at this time. Unlike more prescriptive programs that I've done in the past, with Nock, I never felt like I was "cheating" if I started more slowly with the consumption plan, if I had to step away from it for a meal or a day. All of it is good. All of it is progress in a Nock life. And also unlike prescriptive weight loss plans, this guided-not-dictated approach increases the likelihood that I'll keep going on this path. I finished a week ago, am very proud of my accomplishments, and I'm still inspired to keep up the work.Steph and Coach Kari provide down-to-earth and personal support. I liked that you could participate with other women in my group or not post at all and still get so much out of it. They're there if you need them. I highly recommend it, especially as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to create uncertainty and instability in our lives. My Nock guide is giving me healthy control over my body and my life when I need it most.
