I have a positive can do attitude, certifications in nutrition and health coaching, a BA in Psychology and certifications to teach group exercise, Zumba, Kettlebells and TRX. I am also a pre/post natal coach and work with people on mobility with trigger point release therapy. I help people become the best version of themselves and see their own potential from the inside out. I LOVE my job because I get to transform other people's lives and help them attain more fulfillment through helping them balance their lives. Starting with nutrition and supplementation, to exercise and active lifestyle changes, we work from the inside out to create the best long lasting results.

Alie is an amazing personal trainer! She is not only energetic and qualified- she lives it. I have benefited immensely in knowing her as a trainer/coach. There is not a doubt in my mind that knowing her has had a positive impact on my overall health and well-being. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Alexandra is passionate, knowledgeable and will kick your butt into amazing shape both literally and figuratively! A true motivator, Alexandra cares about each individual and focuses on more than just your muscle and strength but on how you as a whole person can improve and inspire hirisled to achieve incredible results! Alex is a great trainer. She does a quick analysis of your capabilities, then develops a personal plan for your immediate growth and improvement. Alex focuses on diet and exercise. She makes exercise fun with proven results!

Allie is such an AMAZING trainer! She pushes you, explains the muscle groups you attack each session, gives you constructive criticism, and really pumps you up! Not only does she make sure you're staying on track, but she ensures you're sticking with your nutrition too, while recommending healthier foods to eat.
