Session 1: Introduction and Healthy Grocery Shopping Tour
In this introductory session, you will learn how to grocery shop to a healthier lifestyle. Our founder Kristin (mrs vegan) will meet you at either Trader Joe's or Whole Foods (your choice). During this meeting, she will provide you with our healthy shopping guide.
She will help you fill your cart with the best foods to eat at the grocery story. The skinny mystery will finally be solved. She will share plant-based, vegan recipes, oil-free cooking tips and weight loss solutions that will guide your body back to its original skinny form.
Session 2: Pantry Cleanout and Recipe Review
It's time to clear out the cobwebs and the high-fructose corn syrup! Kristin will make a house call to help get your pantry and fridge in tip-top shape. This comprehensive cleanup will include a review of what cooking tools you have and what you will need to enjoy oil-free cooking seven days a week. Through this visit, you will gain access to Signal Weigh Loss' catalog of low-fat, vegan, and oil-free recipes. You will also be able to now upload your meals to PlateWatchers, Signal Weight Loss' app where you can share pictures of your meals to receive real-time feedback for our team of nutritional specialists.
Session 3: Weight Loss Cooking Demo
Kristin, her husband (mr vegan) and her sister Jeanette (basic vegan bitch) are all masters of the kitchen. Kristin has created hundreds of low-fat, dairy/gluten-free recipes through the past decade. Tell her your favorite meals, and she can transform all your faves into waist-slimming treats. For the guys out there, Alex specializes in man meals that shrink that gut yet keep you feeling happy, healthy and full. For the busy, young professionals, Jeanette is known for her 21-meal Sunday food preps, where she cooks every meal for the week in a single afternoon. She can let you in on her minute meals and food hacks to save precious minutes of the day.
