Im so happy I finally found my regular massage therapist! I travel a lot for business, so between flights, long days, and constantly being on the go, my body gets pretty tight and sore. I booked a combination Swedish and deep tissue massage at My Healing Frequency with J, and it was exactly what I needed.J was professional, welcoming, and really attentive to the areas that needed extra work. I loved that the massage had the relaxation of Swedish massage but enough deep tissue pressure to actually work out the tension. The space is quaint, peaceful, private, and comfortable, and the prices are surprisingly affordable for the quality of service.Ive tried different massage therapists over the years because of how much I travel, but Im excited to say I finally found someone I plan on coming back to regularly. Definitely recommend J and My Healing Frequency!
