- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many factors that go with the bidding process that must be considered. We offer free Estimates. We will come take measurements and discuss any specifics about your project. This also gives you the chance to meet with the contractor and ask questions related to your project and the Contractor.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have work with Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Property Management and home owners. We have worked with many clients and have remained their Contractor for many years. We look forward to building relationships here at Off The Wall!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check references before you hire a Contractor. Ask for past projects they have worked on. Next go to Contractors State License Board website. and make sure their license is current and active. You can also check this website and make sure they carry current General Liability insurance, Workman's Compensation and they are Bonded also to see if the Contractor has any complaints against them.
