They fit us in last minute for a move out cleaning that we ran out of time to do ourselves. They did a pretty thorough job with most of the cleaning, especially the blinds and other hard to reach areas. They missed a few small spots on the kitchen floor that we had to over again ourselves. Price was a little higher than we hoped, but lower than some of the other estimates we got. Overall, very friendly and professional and made our lives a lot easier! Thank you!

I really appreciated the timing of the cleaning, but the quality was unfortunately lacking. It took quite a bit of me asking the crew member to go back and reclean areas that were dirty even just by passing a finger, and although she was so sweet, I did end up taking a wet rag after with just water and cleaning the door frame, closet frame, and certain areas of the walls and the grime came off easily so it’s safe to say they were not attempted to be cleaned. The cleaning itself was a 3/5, although the people were 5/5. It wasted a lot of my time to go back when she was done and find much of the room still dirty, then have to diplomatically micromanage the clean. She had a good attitude about it and had professional demeanor, I just hope quality can be improved so clients don’t have to be behind all the details. I hired the job out to save time, but it took me almost as long to manage the clean as it would have taken to just do it myself. Hopefully quality control can be improved with my feedback.

JJ’s house cleaning has been amazing to work with! We moved into a house that left behind a lot of construction dust. Edwin was super responsive and helpful as I tried to schedule a day once all the construction was done. Although the job was big, he came in and tackled it with amazing attention to detail. He also asked me several times to check if he missed anything. He did the best job and I will be having him back monthly!

Our pricing is a lil high, we know the but we want our customers to be happy so that’s why we are always checking our job before turning in to our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new and old customers I always listen first. I always like to know the needs, requests, questions and then I like to know how can I complete there needs, there requests and make sure I answer there questions.

High school graduate, some college. And been on the field for 6 years.
