Hired on Thumbtack
The company sent out two people instead of one. Then tried to double the price after and the cleaners didn’t even try. It was tedious, frustrating and entirely pointless in the end. I’m only giving two stars because they didn’t ask me to pay after not delivering services. It’s not like they didn’t know what they were getting into, I had sent a photo of the room that was supposed to be cleaned. I will never hire this company again.
