- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every customer home is different. We provide custom quotes based on what needs to be accomplished. Keeping in mind we stay competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to accepting a job, we prefer to speak to customer to let them know whats included in a cleaning and ask them what they need or expect from team. Once we have gone through details. We set a date and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Beyond Maid was established in 2019. It’s owned by a person who’s been in the industry for over 10 years. Until this day she is still a hands on cleaner.
