I hired this cleaning company as a gift to myself this Mother’s Day. I’m tired of cleaning! They handled the stuff I never have time to get to, like the oven, dusty windowsills, dirty ledges, even cleaning off some dirty toddler fingerprints from the walls. Their rates were reasonable and if I have some extra money for it, I will definitely hire them again.

The team that came to my house were friendly, hardworking and literally did the impossible on my house, which was made it clean! I have a big 4 bedroom house and they made it look better than it ever had. This was a fast, efficient and amazingly thorough team. Definitely will use again.

I had them clean our kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The maids did great. The communication quality and responsiveness were better than other maid services I've used. They were willing to adapt to last-minute rescheduling and overall had no issues. I'm planning to use their service in the future regularly.

I give 4/5 because: 1) They were very thorough. They cleaned things I didn’t even know had to be cleaned. 2) they communicated well and asked before cleaning some things like certain rooms or parts of the house. 3) they arrived on time and replied to my messages well. 4) The reason it is 4 stars and not 5 is because they said they would send a team of 2 people and 3 people came. This added an extra 120 dollars making it the most expensive cleaning service I know. Although I paid, I wasn’t prepared for this.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally, we charge by the hour when completing an initial cleaning service. Our hourly rate is $40.00 per hour/per person. We always send a cleaning team of two people and we will provide all the cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies. After the initial cleaning service is completed, we will gladly offer a flat rate price for an ongoing cleaning service, weekly, every 2 weeks, or once a month cleaning service. We highly recommend completing an initial cleaning service in order for us to prepare your home for ongoing service and learn more about your cleaning needs and expectations. Thus, we could provide a more accurate flat rate price.

We carefully listen to their cleaning needs and expectations. We might suggest a free no-obligation estimate.
