- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally, we charge by the hour when completing an initial cleaning service. Our hourly rate is $40.00 per hour/per person. We always send a cleaning team of two people and we will provide all the cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies. After the initial cleaning service is completed, we will gladly offer a flat rate price for an ongoing cleaning service, weekly, every 2 weeks, or once a month cleaning service. We highly recommend completing an initial cleaning service in order for us to prepare your home for ongoing service and learn more about your cleaning needs and expectations. Thus, we could provide a more accurate flat rate price.

We carefully listen to their cleaning needs and expectations. We might suggest a free no-obligation estimate.
