1. they can show up when they make an appointment.
2. They can move the appointment when they know they can’t make it BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME!
I’ve been waiting an hour and just now heard back to one of my two messages reaching out to find out if they were having trouble meeting me! Instead, I got some crap about being in some other meeting and that they can come this afternoon? I’m sorry that’s not a response to. “Are you having trouble finding my apartment?”
