I keep my pricing clear and straightforward with no hidden fees. I charge based on the size of the home and the type of cleaning needed. For regular clients (weekly or bi-weekly), I often offer special rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by chatting through messages so we can save time and understand each other clearly. I send a few initial questions about the home and the type of cleaning needed—this helps us decide on the priorities and agree on a fair price quickly. From there, we can set up the first cleaning, and I bring all supplies to get started right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years of professional experience in residential cleaning, learning the best techniques for efficiency, organization, and attention to detail. I’ve also worked with many different families and homes, which has given me hands-on training in every situation.
