- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a competitive hourly rate for jobs that lean more on the maintenance side, but seek also to be competitive no matter what the job entails. We simply want to do the job the most efficient way of the highest quality at the best possible cost to the client, and can utilize our variety of talents in and outside HVAC/Construction to make that happen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to the customers understanding of the problem, diagnose the issue after technically surveying on site, offer a cost-effective solution, agree to proceed, complete the work efficiently and happily collect payment.
