- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate for the following services: * Space planning * Style selection * Color visualizations * Sketch development * Consultations (including on-site) * Creation of technical drawings * On-site meetings to discuss details * Construction supervision * Online shopping assistance (furniture and material selection) * Personal shopping assistance in showrooms and design stores
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients, we start with an initial consultation to discuss their preferences, needs, and vision for the project. The most productive approach is an on-site meeting, where I can immediately assess the space, explore potential solutions, and begin with measurements and a photoshoot. I bring my laptop to efficiently address questions, discuss styles, layout options, and initial ideas. By the end of our first meeting, we can establish a foundation for the project or outline a plan for further collaboration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied for six years at the Academy of Design. Later, I studied in Milan Italy focused on HoReCa design (hotels, restaurants, cafes). My professional experience spans over 25 years across various cities and countries worldwide.
