I think my pricing is fair. I would consider discount, depends on a scale of a job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a quick phone call with a customer, introduce myself and get details of a job. Before I start a job I talk to customers to find out what is their vision. I always take a picture of the place when I get in so I know exactly how I should leave the place.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Doing- is the best training. I am a strong believer of learning by doing.
