What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to work within a customers budget if reasonable. Happy holidays everyone
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make the process simple by requesting a few simple pictures of the junk and a statement of what is to be done. A quote is then generated and I’m at the customers house shortly after.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
6 years of demotion and junk removal expertise under my belt, as well as appliance delivery preparation and installation.
