I moved into a townhome recently and was very dismayed in how dingy the carpet. You could see exactly where the foot traffic was by the clean areas that remained. We all love our pets but not so much at times, especially when there is an accident the carpet. I think they did a fine job and price was reasonable but these people arrived after the quoted time due to our site's address being on a newer street (not in GPS mapping systems). Service guy had to go home to look up directions rather than being directed in real time by someone with access to internet .They really with out of the way for me, thumbs up for Los Angeles carpet cleaning experts.
