I've been teaching private yoga, Pilates mat, yoga therapy and guided meditation for 20 years. As a private client of mine, you will also have access to my group classes free of charge at Equinox Fitness. I also do in-home Reiki crystal healing and intuitive readings where I help to balance and/or clear your bio-energy field. This will aid in your continued health and well-being, clear blockages or help recovery when dealing with a physical or emotional trauma. I have been featured on Discovery Channel teaching Mike Rowe yoga as well as magazines such as Marie Claire. I have taught at large corporate events like Allergan and have a few high-profile clients in the entertainment industry. I look forward to meeting you.
