I had posted a negative review about backstage limousine that I would like to take back. It turns out that there was some miscommunication when I had tried to get a hold of someone at the company and they weren’t responding. The owner Shannon worked with me on the phone to communicate fairly and heard my side of the story. He also ended up compensating back a portion of what we had paid due to the issue we had that day. All in all, I am amazed at the professionalism they displayed, and the great customer service they provided. I can honestly say I would be happy to recommend them to friends and family! Thank you so much Backstage Limousine!

Our driver arrived right on time and was so friendly! Our event venue was only a few blocks away from the pick up location, so he let us ride around for a bit so that we could enjoy being in the limo for a bit longer! Would definitely recommend this service!
