We used this company for our private car service to and from LAX airport. As we were 6 peoples and with 6 large luggages and 2 carry-ons. So we needed a large Black SUV to pick us up.
The car came to pick us up looks amazing of inside and outside. BRAND NEW Cadillac Escalade in fact. We got such a comfortable ride on both trips. Our driver Jay was great and he was so nice and patient with us. We really appreciated that he helped us with load and unload all the luggages. The whole entire experience for both of our trips were professional and great. As we travel a lot and we definitely reommend to using this car service company next time.

We hire them for our birthday dinner. Ling was responsive to my questions at any time. Jay, the driver, was professional, good looking in suit, polite. The Cadillac Escalade was brand new, very comfortable seat, luxury. We definitely will use them again. Highly recommend.

Such efficiency and professional transportation company. Our driver Ling is amazing, she is polite with well prepared. She provided us water, hand sanitizer, magazine, charging cable and also the massage gun (that is what I think she is the only one provide this so far ). She is so thankfulness and sweet. Me and my husband were really satisfied with this trip. And we have make the reservation for our return trip. Highly recommend.
