The first time that I used this company,they were/is very professional and courteous.We were picking my girlfriend up from LAX,going to Long Beach,halfway way through our travels,she realized that she left her phone in the ladies room at the airport,our driver was very kind enough to drive back to LAX,;and her phone was still there.Much appreciated.Im going to continue being a client for this company.Great job!

Tony was quick to respond to my post. He made me feel very personable and like he cared. My son went on his first real date and we got a driver for him. Paulo was his driver and he was the ABSOLUTE BEST! Very kind, patient and my son said he was a HUGE HELP. Paulo gave him tips on dating and answered any questions he had. We couldn’t ask for a better person. The price for 5 hours was right up our alley. We left a great tip ahead of time, but our son said he would’ve given Paulo an extra hundred dollars if he had it in cash to give him because he was so attentive. Paulo took great pictures of them, my son was happy because he was afraid to ask for pictures but Paulo had his back! This was a perfect first date with a perfect company. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Prices are VERY reasonable, we charge by the hour, depending on the type of the service, or by flat rate on transfer service.
We have flat rates and by the hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need reservation along with credit card and copy of photo ID.
We offer first time discount, reservations are easy, fast and free of charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Chauffeurs all have the Defensive driving course. Along with a white glove treatment training.
