Tony was quick to respond to my post. He made me feel very personable and like he cared. My son went on his first real date and we got a driver for him. Paulo was his driver and he was the ABSOLUTE BEST! Very kind, patient and my son said he was a HUGE HELP. Paulo gave him tips on dating and answered any questions he had. We couldn’t ask for a better person. The price for 5 hours was right up our alley. We left a great tip ahead of time, but our son said he would’ve given Paulo an extra hundred dollars if he had it in cash to give him because he was so attentive. Paulo took great pictures of them, my son was happy because he was afraid to ask for pictures but Paulo had his back! This was a perfect first date with a perfect company. We can’t wait to use them again for our personal needs. Thank you LA CONFIDENTIAL

The first time that I used this company,they were/is very professional and courteous.We were picking my girlfriend up from LAX,going to Long Beach,halfway way through our travels,she realized that she left her phone in the ladies room at the airport,our driver was very kind enough to drive back to LAX,;and her phone was still there.Much appreciated.Im going to continue being a client for this company.Great job!

The best car service in Los Angeles. They save you time and money by knowing the best routes based on what events are going on in town. They're great for picking up yourself, friends, and family members from LAX.Even while under construction they navigate LAX with ease. They know your flight info ahead of time, whether your plane is early or late, and that alone makes the trip very relaxing. When they meet and greet you in the airport after a long flight it doesn't hurt to have a second person looking out for your luggage.If you attend a Hollywood Bowl concert they can drive you to the top of the hill, where limos are allowed, to save you on walking, and stacked parking.If you have events they are wonderful; no worries about parking, a glass of wine, or punctuality.They are very professional, friendly, and (impeccably dressed as other reviews have mentioned.) You can easily book online.p.s. Against my advice someone I know once took a fancy ride share to LAX during a Beatles concert. Of course ride shares, fancy or not, aren't planning ahead and checking what events are going on in the city, so the 405 was like a parking lot and people literally had to get out of their ride shares on the 405 and walk to the airport to make their flights on time. I have the photos to prove it. Don't make that mistake! Hire a professional, it's worth it.

Our Prices are VERY reasonable, we charge by the hour, depending on the type of the service, or by flat rate on transfer service.
We have flat rates and by the hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need reservation along with credit card and copy of photo ID.
We offer first time discount, reservations are easy, fast and free of charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Chauffeurs all have the Defensive driving course. Along with a white glove treatment training.
