Our pricing reflects the premium experience we deliver with all-inclusive rates that cover fuel, tolls, professional chauffeurs, and full insurance. There are no hidden fees, and we’re transparent about overtime and wait-time policies. We also offer discounts for long term contracts, events requiring multiple vehicles, and returning clients who book in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand the client’s needs from preferred vehicle types to schedule, routes, and special requests. After confirming availability, we send a transparent quote and finalize with a written agreement. On the day of service, our chauffeurs arrive early, professionally dressed, and ready to deliver a seamless experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chauffeurs are professionally trained in defensive driving, VIP etiquette, and customer care. As the owner, I’ve completed leadership and operations courses tailored to the transportation industry, and I continually study top tier service models like those of EmpireCLS to refine our offerings.
