I would highly recommend Serenity - The drivers were excellent and the cars were clean and beautiful. However, some of the communication with the office could be improved. I received many confusing emails and when I called to follow up and confirm, the person was unclear answering my questions about pick up time, etc. This was the ONLY negative component of my experience with this service.

Amazing customer service and super fast response time. They worked my rehearsal dinner, wedding and honeymoon transportation. Will never use another transportation company again. Serenity is where it’s at!

I booked the reservation with Marlene and she was amazing - extremely professional, friendly and very easy to work with. Every “i” was dotted and “t” crossed. The driver, Wagner, was wonderful - punctual, professional and very pleasant. I would definitely hire SLS for future needs as well as enthusiastically recommend this company to others!
