Joshua was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. His sports and personal training background help him determine how various muscle groups interact with each other to deliver lasting results. His session was a relaxing blend of firm Swedish and shiatsu. It never felt like a routine, but based on my lower back and neck issues which we discussed. Great job, J!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Massage Sessions Include: 60min - $100 / (w/ CBD oil) - $115 90min - $140 / (w/ CBD oil) - $155
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to ask the client if there are any particular ailments or areas of concern that he/she would like focused on. I want to ensure that we make the most out of our session, so communication is strongly encouraged. As a client who has also received massages, many of the times I did not feel comfortable enough to request a particular muscle to receive more attention. Sometimes the customer does not have a specific request, and that is completely ok. A "general healing" massage is exactly what the doctor ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As a former athlete who has participated is several sports, ranging from basketball, football, baseball volleyball, jiu-jitsu, boxing, etc., I understand the importance of proper recovery. Combine that with my certification in Sports Medicine Personal Training, along with my Massage Specialist and CBD diplomas, I wanted to create a "1-stop shop" for all your health and healing needs.
