If I could give 6 stars, I would!!!! First I’d like to start by saying my stepson is not the warmest when it comes to strangers - especially when they’re making you do homework! After a couple of sessions Myles (10 yrs old) was asking me when he’d see Felix again. I have had professional tutoring centers tell me “it’s just not a good fit” “our teaching and learning styles don’t match up” etc etc etc. Basically they aren’t willing to work and earn trust from the child... but Felix does. Myles started to perform better on his math tests after 3/4 sessions. His homework became less of an issue or argument at home leaving everyone more happy. Along with academic studies, Felix applies a good work ethic into the student and teaches them life skills. He was always on time (early to be exact) and flexible. We started sessions at our home and then found it useful to meet at the branch library where there was a better environment for concentration. We would drop him off and then pick him up an hour later. Sometimes if I was 5 minutes late or whatever the situation, Felix always stayed with him and never complained. He is truly compassionate about his work and it shows. Thank you for all your hard work Felix!
