The first thing I must do is respond to the inaccurate review of Serene C. That is my soon to be ex wife, and she made some statements that were false. Vindictive people seeking revenge for a bruised ego should be taken with a grain of salt. 1. She said that Hedieh is taking sides. What Serene is referring to is that we had 2 mutual debts that we still owed on. That being our Sea World passes and we owed the state tax money. We agreed verbally to pay half of each, with Serene even saying that she will pay me back for covering the state taxes. When it came time to pay back on both items, per our agreement, she told me no and made excuses for not paying me back. So I brought this up to Hedieh in our next mediation session where Serene continued to make very lame excuses. Hedieh did inform Serene that she is free to do whatever she wants, but if this were in front of a judge, the judge will split the debts 50/50. Serene was mad because she could not get her way, but she agreed to pay the debts. Serene purposely tried to skate off on paying her half of debts in my name, while insisting that I pay my half of debts in her name, and Hedieh told her very professionally that she cant do that. You can decide for yourself if that constitutes "taking sides." 2. The ball has been dropped numerous times is not true as well. Serene has had updated papers waiting for 3 weeks to sign and has not done so. Serene also was violating the old papers before the ink was even dry. Everything from not paying her half of the bills, to not paying our debts, to making derogatory comments about me to the kids, etc. This process has been drawn out for over a year because Serene has blatantly refused, and is still refusing to cooperate and follow the instructions set forth by our papers, even after agreeing to these instructions. The big delay was that we agreed that when she moved to Las Vegas, we would work out a new custody schedule for the kids. When she moved, she suddenly refused to work out a new schedule. It took me stopping the filing of the papers to finally get her to work out the new schedule. Had she just been civil about it, and done this when she moved, it would not have taken so long. Hedieh can only do so much before it is up to us to complete the rest. When the ball is in Hedieh's court, she gets the job done. The ball has been in Serene's court for a long time. Serene is the reason for the delay, not Hedieh. And now for my review of Hedieh. She has been very professional and very patient throughout this whole process. She may tell people thing they do not want to hear, but she is very professional about it, and the truth is sometimes that is the reality of the situation. Whenever I need her to back to me. They usually get back to me within 24 hours. There has only been a couple times where they took longer, but they both were very quick to explain the circumstances about why. Hedieh goes above and beyond to make sure she has taken care of her end of matters. She emailed us the updated papers at 10:00PM. When someone is working that late at night to get things done, that is outstanding drive to take care of customers. I do not know if anyone else will do that, but she did, and I appreciate her for that. The bottom line is that if you want someone who is going to do whatever it takes to get the job done, hire Hedieh. She is very knowledgeable, and does her part to make an ugly situation more calm and manageable. I am very satisfied with the service she has provided, and you will be too.
