Ive been to the Highborn & Prous coffee cart a few times and every time Ive had the best drinks. Ive tried a different one each time and they are all so good with the highest quality ingredients. Erik is truly a master at his craft and you can tell he is passionate about what he does by the care he puts in each drink. Aishas cider is also the best and weve used them to get it for parties where it was a big hit. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality drinks by great people.

The service here was very impressive, friendly, welcoming, and fast without ever feeling rushed. You can tell they take pride in both their craft and their customer experience. Loved their matcha latte and can't wait to come back in town to try their ginga bae.

This is easily my favorite cup in town. Its the highlight of my Sundays. My favorite drink is the TIFFANY and I always grab 2 ginger baes for the week. The owners are a delightful little couple. I cant wait for the to expand and have more locations!
