Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope, size, and complexity of the project. We provide clear, written estimates after an on-site evaluation so there are no surprises. There are no hidden fees. For certain projects, pricing may vary depending on access conditions, level of contamination, or urgency. We’re always happy to explain the breakdown and discuss cost-effective options when possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to understand the issue and answer any immediate questions. Next, we schedule an on-site inspection to assess the situation and identify the root cause. After the inspection, we provide a detailed scope of work and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the job, complete the work according to industry standards, and perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in mold remediation, water damage mitigation, and environmental safety practices. We follow established industry guidelines and best practices for proper containment, removal, and prevention. We are a licensed and insured general contractor. We continuously enhance our expertise through hands-on field experience, ongoing training, and close collaboration with inspectors, contractors, and property managers to ensure high-quality, compliant results on every project.
