- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the job and what equipment and labor are needed. Every situation is different, so I always take a look first and explain the cost before any work starts. No hidden fees, and I walk customers through the estimate so they know exactly what they’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by doing a quick inspection to understand what’s going on and what caused the damage. Then I explain the plan step-by-step, answer questions, and get approval before starting. During the job, I keep the customer updated so they always know what’s happening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified through the IICRC in multiple areas of water damage restoration and mold remediation, and I keep up with current industry standards and training. I also work with the proper equipment used in the restoration industry.
