After a rainstorm, a ton of water seeped in under my back doors and soaked my carpet. I was pleased that PuroClean gave me an actual appointment time (not a 4 hour window) and arrived on time to look at my situation. I was impressed by their knowledge of water damage and the modern (and clean) drying equipment they used to dry my house.
