TOM and MARK were perfect movers. Made sure they took care of my items and super friendly. I highly recommend them to all people who’s are moving. They shrink wrapped the big items so they don’t get damaged. They kept in contact with me the entire time. A++ company

The gentlemen were very professional. They arrived on time and took very good care of our items. Prior to completion they ask if they could help with anything else and if they had completed the job to our satisfaction. Will definitely use them if I move again

What a great experience! I put them in phone contacts! They are so professional and as a single woman I was comfortable working with them to get my stuff moved out. I was leary to use Thumbtack App, but no longer due to this experience. I have a couple of projects planned so I appreciate the reminders I said it’s ok to send.

Because I had such a positive experience with Genius Moving from start to finish, I'm happy to leave a glowing review for them! We also wanted to give a special shout out to our crew, Taras, Dan, and Andrew. Very glad that I chose them for our move from a small apartment to a two story house 20 miles across town. They did an amazing job and were very experienced, very professional, and such a pleasure to work with. Right from the start the customer service and response time on Thumbtack was great. Christine was able to give me a quote that included pricing for the move, as well as a bunch of other free stuff like wrapping tape, specialty boxes that they had such as TV boxes and wardrobe boxes, etc. Off thumbtack, I received a confirmation for the move the day before, and I kept receiving updates the day of, including confirming a smaller window for arrival, as well as a 45 minute heads up for their arrival. Once the crew arrived with their giant truck and equipment, they immediately got to wrapping and packing our stuff. They worked as a team and were very efficient with their time. Because my husband and I tried to help where we can and were probably in their way a lot, they were super courteous and polite, and we saw that they were very careful with our stuff and very respectful with our space. When we arrived at the new place, the crew helped us unload boxes and furniture in the right rooms, and Andrew also helped us unwrap all the furniture and dispose of the wrapping. They really worked hard and did not complaint. Watching them work definitely made us feel like it was time well spent. The same amount of work that took them 3.5 hours would have taken us weeks. Final note, because I rely on Thumbtack so much for recommendations for everything in life, before I booked them I did reach out to the business to ask about the one concerning review from Steven F. on September 3 2022, just to get more background on what happened and to make sure that wouldn't happen to us. Since this moving company was one of the most responsive and most reasonably priced, I wanted to give them a chance. The business owner explained to us that this review was left by someone who did not use their service, and directed me to the other reviews on their website, which were all 5 stars!
