Hayden is an Excellent mover & owner! He was the Only mover who came to see my move project Before the move date, which is Very important. Don’t let other moving co to tell you to just send pics & they don’t need to come by, that’s how they’ll Scam you!! When they arrive, they’ll claim the pics didn’t show enough, it that the “boss” fight show the movers the pics, then the overcharge/Mult days of charges Begins.😡 Hayden is the Opposite in every Positive way. He is the owner, he only needed 1 helper for my move, came by for a Free consultation before to give me Real pricing & Stuck by his pricing! With his 1 helper, they did more for me in 8 hours than my last movers did for me in over 2 days! Hayden even felt bad for my prior experience, because he could see what an Awful job they did packing my items. It was so bad, he even said that he wanted to call them - from 1 moving co to another - to tell them how bad of a job they did! (I didn’t have him do it, but admit it was tempting Lol) It actually did feel a bit better, hearing that from someone in their profession. Hayden & his helper worked Fast, and were worth Every bit of money I paid, and that was with me having a ridiculously low budget, so I really mean that. Him & his helper were also kind & respectful, which as a woman moving on her own while struggling with health issues, I am immensely thankful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rate is $150/hr for 2 movers with a 2 hr minimum with very few exceptions. Any additional movers are $50/hr extra. Distances over 10 miles cost $3/mi. Items weighing over 250 lbs are another $100 on top of the hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask some questions to get as much information about the job. Discuss any details and give a rough estimate of the price based on our experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our movers have backgrounds from previous moving services. We know how to pack and transport your fragile and important items with professionalism and timeliness.
