I cant' say enough good things about Jesse and Frankie. They're great guys. They are super professional and took care of my items as if they were their own. They also patched walls, hung my TV's and my art for me. They also installed my washer dryer and took my huge bed apart and put it back together for me all wth a smile on their faces. Their prices are very fair as well. I highly recommend them!

I was highly impressed with the level of service I received from this team start to finish. Dalila was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough in the discussion of terms and conditions regarding the move. I was sceptical, on my last move from Albuquerque to California, my daughter and nephew assisted me in selecting, hiring, and oversight of the actual van placement of my belongings. This time I was on my own. I was overwhelmed by the number of prospects, and variety of rates. Nevertheless, I stayed the course. Jesse and Frankie were dispatched to perform the move. They contacted me ,per our conversation, prior to arrival at the Storage unit . They handled the move, quickly, professionally, and without complaint. Despite the fact that it was a hot day. Nothing broken, nothing, placed by error in the wrong location. They worked efficiently and prudently. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a quality product in the movin market place. Delila at News Movers was prompt to respond to all my messages. On the day of the move the guys called ahead to confirm their arrival time so there were no surprises. Frankie and Jessie were so helpful and wonderful, best movers ever! They were friendly and polite, moved everything quickly and efficiently, and helped rearrange my entire garage so it all fit with room for me to get in there when needed. They even carefully moved all my delicate china. Great guys, great company, reasonable prices, would hire again. Thanks!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a small company our pricing is set year-round, and worth every of your dollars. We work with clients that might need help with a time limits issue and work hard to reach the limit safely. Fees only become added to total if extra materials are requested. most recurring clients are granted discounts or special package pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
new clients are processed with essential questions about the move and items. We then review discuss and develop best plan, then check back with client. Once all plans are okayed and date is set, we schedule and move forward. The movers will do the best job possible during the move securing and transporting until the job is complete. they review the move with client and process payment, hopefully all is well and our client will be happy and eager to call us back for their next move!
