- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing would make things much easier, but what is great about my work is each project is unique and therefore requires it's own consideration in terms of price as well creativity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is first finding out what they want. As I translate the wants and needs of the customer to something visual, I usually speak to the customer for a little while, getting all my questions answered and getting a feel for the customer, project and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always painted. I have also worked as the head of creative and marketing for an entertainment company and worked as a stylist for Martha Stewart Omnimedia for a few years in NYC. These things and years of painting and activity in the art scene and running my own business make me uniquely qualified for visual communication.
