- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new client, I will typically give them a call , ascertain what their needs are and advise how I may assist them. I solidify a place for the notation and assure them that if anything changes I will keep the customer notified.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am commissioned by the state of California as a notary public. I have my loan signing certification through Loan Signing System. I am a member of NNA. I am an ordained minister.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers with home business's, professionals in law enforcement, and entrepreneurs.
