    Dino's HOF helped me with endurance, toning, strength and weight loss. I literally saw results in 2 weeks. My friends noticed my thighs, gluts and abs transforming the most.     Dino has proven to be a trainer who made me challenge myself in ways I have never thought of. I considered myself relatively fit, but I wanted to become stronger and leaner. When I met with Dino, I told him of my desire to tone, sculpt and strengthen my body. He immediately honed in on my request by developing exercises specific to my body and the goals I wanted to achieve. He also suggested dietary changes which helped me with energy, endurnace and performance. I have seen amazing results and I look forward to my training sessions. Dino is a consumate professional. He is punctual which allows him to maximize my session time.     Choosing the right personal trainer is very important. They need to be knowledgeable in health facts, exercise techniques and of course be personal. HofF is the total package. Every session is different, challenging and time well spent. If you want to see results physically, loss weight, get stronger or improve your athletic skills HofF is the program for you. I've lost weight, gotten stronger and improved my physical fitness level with HofF and so can you!

    I've tried other trainers but never saw the results I wanted until started with House of Fundamentals. I've been a client for years and what I like most is that we always seem to be doing new workout. He always switches up workouts and exercises so that I never get used to any of it. Trust me I am a real client of his, if you train with House of Fundamentals you will see the results that you want.

    I've been working out with Dino for one year now and my body has done a 360 degree change. I look and feel great. Dino pushes you to your limit and he is also concerned with your diet. He wants you to look great and if you do the right things you will. I don't feel right if I don't work out.

    Best trainer I've ever worked with. Sees each body as it's own unique self... Starts at the beginning with stability and mobility creating a strong foundation. In the last couple of month working together I have seen my body change drastically, my endurance has improved, and I'm stronger and leaner. His background in physical therapy, and his knowledge about the body stand him far apart from your typical personal trainer. So grateful I found him!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started with me hearing a doctor tell my mother "if your not going to save your life at least let your son live"... I returned a few years later to ask the doctor what he meant by that and discovered how important health is.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That I don't Let anything get in between my client reaching their goals. I strive for success and work to push their comfort levels to archive both physical and mental accomplishment.
