How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always enjoyed helping people. Everyone needs somewhere to live and being a part of maintaining someones dream or bringing it to fruition is extremely rewarding.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We most commonly do remodels which include floor removal and installation, painting walls, tiling bathrooms, floors and light installation among other things!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions. Know what you want. Be fair.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How much pressure we deal with! Trying to please the customer, give a reasonable price and get everything done on time and on budget is not always so easy. Often times there are unforeseen issues when doing repairs, especially in old homes, that a lot of owners aren't prepared for. We don't do shabby work and sometimes getting the owner on board to do what's required can be challenging.
