we used this company for a airport pick from LAX driver carols was great he showed up on time in a newer model SUV and take us safely to our hotel . customer service staff was very professional and helpful overall great experience will use this company again.

I will never use this company again. For starters, I was originally quoted $1225. I paid $500 deposit. Then the day before my event, I was called to pay the balance. Suddenly, my total was $1912. This included fuel surcharge, service fee (what?), gratuity, STC surcharge (again, what?) and a card processing fee. None of which was in my original quote.
The day of my event I was supposed to hear from my driver. I ended up having to reach out to Jeff @ Worldwide Limo to get that information.
And then imagine my shock when a party van shows up instead of the Hummer limo I had reserved! I had no choice but to take the ride; I had 15 kids and a reservation at a restaurant.
When I called and complained, I was hung up on. I then found out that the driver was brokered out, and hadn’t even been paid yet. I heard back from Jeff hours after I sent a text expressing my unhappiness. I had rented the Hummer limo because it was my daughter‘s 16th birthday. The last thing I wanted was a giant van. How is that even close to being comparable to a Hummer limo???
In the notes on my refund ($200. But I should’ve fought for more) receipt (four hours after my reservation time), it was noted that due to a mechanical problem a van “would be” sent instead. To cover himself, it was written in the future tense, not the past tense. But why wasn’t I notified before the van arrived? I’m not buying the mechanical problem excuse.
And if I had never complained, he never would’ve given an excuse.

Don’t ever ever use this company, did not provide with the party bus, two hours before they called and said they had to change the transportation. they sent me an invoice and when driver arrived the invoice was higher than invoice emailed and signed for. completely tried to get hundreds of dollars more than what invoiced. worst experience ever dealing with the person on the phone, calling me a cheap guy, beyond disrespectful,.As a business owner I would never treat my customers as i was treated.
