I consulted with Attorney Josh and Capital Law Firm after I found them on google for a Uber Accident lawyer. They stood out among the other firms I spoke with. Josh personally consulted my case with me and Immediately got me a visit with his pain doctor. I was transported to hospital and had very bad body pain and injured neck. My case settled very quick after my treatment and I got most of the settlement money. I was updated and him and his staff were easy to reach. I was very happy with the service and settlement and the way the case was handled. This firm is as advertised.

I found Josh's law firm quickly through a google search for a personal injury attorney (I was rear-ended on the freeway). I filled out a questionnaire to which I was skeptical, but Josh called me back personally within 15 minutes or so and was very nice and understanding. But he still made it comfortable for me to think about hiring his firm with no pressure. I hired his firm the next day. Throughout the case, Josh was accessible, easy to talk to, and always worked with my bottom line needs. While the case took a couple of months longer than expected, Josh secured a settlement for me even greater than expected. I've referred family to him already and would highly recommend him for you PI case!

I found Josh and The Capital Law firm online when I looked for an attorney after my uber was rear ended. After consulting with another firm, I made a decision to hire them because they were patient and friendly. I was treated for my neck and back problems, and they got me a high settlement very quickly. After an unpleasant experience with a prior law firm, I came across the Capital Law Firm on google and decide to call them. Josh, the attorney, took my call and gave me a consultation. Other firms I called I was speaking to an assistant. He took his time to fully understand my case. I was rear ended on the freeway heard to dinner. My car had very little damage but my neck and back was causing me pain. Even though it was not a big case, he took my case and the firm treated it with care. Victoria was always easy to talk to and all my calls were returned. We settled for the policy limits and he reduced his cost and fees for me so I could get the most money. I am so thankful that they took over the case and I would recommend them to all in need of a caring and aggressive attorney who can handle big and small cases. I usually don't waste my time reviewing businesses who got the compensation agreed upon for a work in return. However, my transaction with Law Capital Firm deserves a review and more than 5 stars, if google and yelp allows.I was rear-ended 8 month ago by a distracted motorist who crashed my head and my car in Inglewood. Fortunately, I was able to find Josh through yelp, and didn't do the usual mistake of using proxy companies that use local facilitator and do the job from other cities (I had a very bad experience one of those).The Capital Law firm and Josh did not only do what's stipulated in our contract, but were always available and in touch with me during the whole process, from getting the best healthcare treatment, to negotiating the best rate with the providers and insurances companies. Hence, now that my case is settled, I am very satisfied with the outcomes.Hope you all are safe out there in this congested city, but for you those who had to deal with lawyers, Josh is your best choice. I Strongly Recommend this firm.
