- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rates start at $95.00 and go to $150.00 We offer a free initial evaluation and workout with no obligation to buy. When you buy packages of 6 or more sessions at the $95.00 rate you will save from $10.00 to $24.00 off regular hourly rate. When you buy packages of 6 or more sessions at the $150.00 rate you will save from $20.00 to $34.00 off the hourly rate A free gym memebership is Included with a purchase of a training package of 6 or more sessions with a BioMechanix staff trainer as long as you have remaining sessions. You must be scheduled to train at least once a week with a trainer to be eligible. We also offer monthly memberships for $79.00 if you want to work out on your own without a trainer. There is a monthly $20.00 facility fee and this is for the towel and amenities we supply for your convenience. Monthly paying members ($79.00) are exempt from facility fee. Outside contracting trainers are welcome to use our facility for their personal training needs for an hourly or unlimited monthly rate. Hourly rates are $18.00 an hour, $11.00 half hour, and $675.00 unlimited monthly. Trainers that train 2 clients at the same time will be charged $26.00 per hour and $15 for half an hour. *First session for contracting trainers with thier clients is FREE of charge. *We do not allow trainers to train more than 2 clients within the same training session at any time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We perform a musculoskeletal evaluation and posture assessment. We also may include a Functional Movement Screen and Submaximal V02 Bike Ergometer test if appropriate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the BioMechanix staff trainers have either degrees in Exercise Science or Kinesiology and or have NCCA accredited certifications from the NSCA, ACSM, or NASM. BioMechanix Staff stay on top of the latest research and findings in the fitness and sports medicine field. BioMechanix also serves as a host site for the California Education Connection which is a continuing education provider for sports medicine professionals. We also provide in house seminars for our staff and other fitness professionals for their professional growth, such as musculoskeletal evalution protocols and submax V02 testing.
