Introduction: My name is Irvin. Health & fitness have been integral to my growth since high school. Having played soccer my whole life, as well as watching my idols and seeing how fitness & nutrition helps them perform at their best has always been something I have looked up to; that is what inspired me to pursue my own health journey.
I’ve been involved in training and helping individuals reach their fitness goals for 5 years. My specialty lies in strength & conditioning, Plyometrics, fat loss, booty building, & muscle building. I enjoy helping men and women establish a healthy lifestyle and boosting their confidence, despite the busy lifestyles we all live today. I also help young athletes excel in their respective sports by helping improve their strength & conditioning to optimal levels.
Training is much more than pushing your body. I believe that mental fortitude is a key component to pushing yourself beyond your limits. With a strong mind you can achieve much more than what you believe you are capable of doing. I believe that no matter who you are or what background you come from, with the right work ethic and metal strength you will come out of our sessions with confidence.
One of my beliefs is that in order to keep and maintain one’s goals is that it’s important to draw inspiration from the world around us. Personally, as a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs I can say that I draw a lot of inspiration from them. The way they play, the way they talk about the game, and the results they achieve; I find myself inspired time and time again.
