My name is Griffin Burke and I've been coaching people to find health and fitness success for the last 5+ years. My purpose in life is to show others how to become someone they truly love being, so they can be free to love everything life has to offer. I believe that no one has to feel self conscious about who they are, what they look like, what they sound like, and everyone has a lot to offer the world around them. All of my clients improve their body (physique), but it's the self realization and life improvements that carry over into their lives that count. That's what drives my passion for what I do. That and I get to see the look on their face when I tell them they can still enjoy pizza and all their favorite foods and habits while they do it! haha.

I had the pleasure of working with Griffin for 3-4 months at the beginning of this year. I told him that I wanted to get fit and a tighter, more lifted butt - so that’s exactly what we worked on. But not only that, Griffin also taught me how to eat right which is something I had NO clue about prior to working with him. And I have been so stoked on the results! He taught me everything I need to know to continue working out on my own. Griffin really pushed me...our sessions were always hard, but always fun! Griffin always kept our sessions light-hearted and full of laughter. I’m excited to start working with him again so I can step up my game even further! Thanks Griffin!!!

I am in the military and try to workout at least three times a week. However, I have been struggling with weight loss for quite some time. The challenge has been balancing diet along with the appropriate workout plan. Things changed about three months ago, when one of my coworkers introduced me to Griffin, that happens to be an independent personal trainer at the gym that I belong to. I had never considered a personal trainer for whatever reason. But Griff is one of the BEST decisions that i have ever made in concerns with my weight loss journey. He detailed a specific workout and nutritional plan for exactly what i wanted to accomplish. An addition to all of this is that is not bad on the eyes (at all :)....and he has a nice butt. His physique definitely sells his experience. Thank you Griffin!!

There are many ways to work up a sweat in an hour but I think Griffin's method is designed to be the most effective with long-lasting results. I have been training with Griffin for a few months now and love it. I do (heavier) weight lifting with him in person and he designed workouts to do on my own as well as a diet. It's a full program. He is really knowledgeable, professional, supportive and genuinely invested in your success. He pays close attention to your form to get the max out of every move and is focused on progress. Plus he's a really nice guy and a pleasure to be around. He practices what he preaches and his amazing physique is living proof it works! Highly recommended.

Griffin's "Burke Strength System" has been a tremendous tool in increasing the quality of my overall health. His keen understanding of the relationship between the human body and the mental processes that affect it, sets him apart from other fitness specialists I've worked with. Together we were able to set a comfortable yet demanding regiment that targeted workouts, diet, habits, goals, mental stressors and mindfulness. It was all easy to understand, fun, and included many "aha!" moments throughout the sessions. I quickly found myself loving the whole process and began to view the mystery of health in a much more systematic and approachable way. I would highly recommend his program to anyone that feels stumped by their health, and is looking to achieve significant strength gains, along with improvements in happiness, awareness and intelligence of one's own body and mind.
