FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common jobs i do for my clients is diet and supplement planning, training for the following: weight loss, muscle development, bodybuilding, fitness competition, figure/bikini competition, endurance training, cross fit, body sculpting. Clients always have an image of what they want to look like. They have weaker areas of their bodies that they want developed. My training is individual based and i use a wide variety of methods to help all aspects of the body. You want more booty? Done. You want a more muscular chest? Done. Having trouble getting more lean and developed legs? Done. Want a streamlined mid section and nicely developed abs? Done. All of this is easy to attain. You just need to come in consistantly to me and we will get it done together.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There is alot of advice to give for this. Lets start with the basics. Always make sure your trainer that you are looking to hire has YOUR best interest at hand. The training should be catered to your goal and also set a realistic time line of when you can reach and attain that goal. Example. If you want to lose 20 pounds. That can be done in less than 3 months easily. If any trainer says it will take more than that then he is trying to rip you off and drag you along so he can continue to get paid. Time to move on and fine a real trainer. Also make sure your trainer looks the part. If your trainer is fat, boney skinny, not lean or muscular then it is probably certain that they are not fully leading by example. Time to find a real trainer. Also make sure that your trainer understands at least the basics of nutrition and diet planning. When to cut carbs or add carbs, what fats to eat and not eat, how many meals to consume and what kind of meals. That is all based on your individual goals and structure. And most importantly, SAFETY SAFETY SAFETY FIRST. Your trainer absolutely must understand that you are here for your health and well being so you and the trainer must leave your egos at the door and focus on proper form and technique. Once that becomes fluent to you then you can start adding weight. If you go crazy with the weight then you have a high chance of getting hurt which will then in turn put you out for months. The weight and strength and results will all come with proper form and technique. If your trainer can not understand these basic principles then they are most likely doing this strictly for the money and are not taking you or your goals serious. Time to definitely find a real trainer.
