FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer sessions in two different lengths: > 40 minutes = Crunched for time and need a quick workout? Or, need to see me two or more times a week without breaking the bank? > 60 minutes = My standard session length that not only works your muscles to their full potential, but allows time for stretching or corrective massage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I like to sit down with a new client and go through a complete health and exercise history while getting to know them. I use this complimentary session for both the client and myself to evaluate if we would be a good match moving forward. From there we discuss what benchmarks for success we will take before beginning our exercise program; Functional Movement Screening, skinfolds/body fat, circumference measurements, or something entirely catered to the client's personal goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience as an Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) coupled with my practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist enables me to more effectively address my clients' varied goals. I also hold certificates from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) for both Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist.
