- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a referral program where you and a friend can get a free drop-in pet sit, or 50% off one day of house sitting/overnight visit, for each friend with a confirmed booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide estimates and we set up a free Meet & Greet, usually at your home, to see if we are a great match. During the Meet & Greet, we go over your routines with your pets and discuss any quirks with your pets and your home, house rules, where cleaning supplies are, where the trash can is, what to do with keys, having print out instructions available, etc.. If the Meet & Greet goes well, I usually receive a key and I will see your pets soon!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in pet first aid and CPR by American Red Cross.
