- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $25/hr. Depending on the intricacy and involvement of each photos needs, I generally can edit about 3-5 photos per hour. If you have a shoot that you have narrowed down to your top 12 favorites, that usually can be done in 3-4 hours. Next day turn around sometimes possible... depending on my work load... certainly within a week tops.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will work with you to make sure each and every image is to your desired look. Each image will include: •Color/light/exposure adjustments. •Facial smoothing, wrinkle, blemish and shadow corrections, Eye brightening/ enhancement. •Body contouring: Enhance /reduce/ reshape any part of body desired. •Background corrections/adjustments. •Any special issues can be requested and discussed for possible additional needs. I offer 2 rounds of editing: -Round 1: main chunk of work done as discussed. -Round 2: We discuss (phone is great) each photo and any further adjustments needed/requested are done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a skilled and talented eye, (with a background of award winning interior design), trained/schooled in Photoshop and have been retouching photoshoots in my spare time.
