FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all private lessons, my pricing is as follows: 30 mins - $45 45 mins - $60 60 mins - $75 For most other work, my rate is $50/hour. Clients are welcome to discuss a per-project rate if they have one in mind. Otherwise I log hours with Toggl Desktop app and share timecode receipts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I first aim to get a clear picture of the customer's short and long-term goals. This includes asking questions about creative ideas, project references, timeframe and completion dates, etc. I cater to what will best serve each individual project. Though this can look very different depending on the project, I believe the best way to begin is with clear and open communication between myself and the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After being trained classically from age 5 to 18, I studied contemporary music performance and technology at Belmont University in Nashville, where I graduated with a Bachelor's of Music in 2017. During and after school, I have had years of hands-on experience with performance, teaching, composing, arranging, and engineering that has left me well-equipped to creatively and professionally work in music.
