This review is for Rena - she has given me such fantastic one on one counseling and guidance with my form specific to my body and my limitations. I needed someone with her expertise and her patience to make pilates really worth it & work for my body. I've had two surgeries on my hips, weak knees and hyper-extension issues. Rena is the gal to go to!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Even though I'm only required to do 7.5 hours/year of continuing education to maintain certification, I complete 15-20 hours/year to keep my teaching skills up-to-date and my classes fresh and fun.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for an instructor who's classically trained and has experience with working with several body types. Also, look for an instructor who continues to take Pilates instruction on a regular basis, and who takes workshops to improve their teaching.
