I’m so glad I found California Courts and Process Services! They helped me with subpoenas, and what I appreciated most is that they handled all the required steps of the process, not just serving the papers.

I chose California Courts and Process Service because of high reviews. Belki searched online and provided me advice during our initial phone call. Once hired, Belki went above and beyond to try to help me serve someone. She drove to meet me, scanned copies of paperwork, researched possible addresses, and made repeated trips to multiple addresses for serving the person. She was available to answer questions, completed declarations for the court, and was prompt in communicating with me. All extra work was done within her original price quote. I highly recommend her services.

Belki assisted me throughout the entire process, making it incredibly easy and stress-free. Belki is heaven sent! I tried using the sheriffs to serve my T-DVRO and they only made two attempts, and at times that were advised that the other party would not be at the address. This resulted in requesting the court for more time to serve, at my set hearing. I hired Belki because her reviews were all 5-stars, I had confidence in all the reviews that she gets the work done! I hired her at 8pm and she arrived to serve the party at 7am the very next morning and served on the FIRST ATTEMPT. She communicated with me the whole time. Def recommend this company and will rehire them if needed in the future!
